missing M.2 A key connector on M0062 USB expansion board

We noticed that the M.2 connector on the M0062 expansion board is not installed. The RJ45 connector on this board is installed. If we remove the RJ45 connector and install the missing 2199230-8 M.2 connector to take advantage of this card slot, will we have more access to the USB3 hub signals? Our datastream is downgraded using the USB2 interface. Or is it not that simple?
