We will pick up the newer OpenVINS build separately — we are holding this unit at factory voxl-suite 1.6.4~beta5 for now, since it is the baseline our 22 Sep / 28 Sep comparison rests on. If the 15 Hz state shows up again before then, I will post the journal from that boot here.
