M0220 availability, FCC and handset use; M0184/M0193 FCC IDs

A few questions the M0220 docs page doesn't cover yet:
- Price, availability, weight and dimensions.
- Does the M0220 hold an FCC grant, or is it sold only as a development platform? Is it on, or headed for, the Blue UAS Framework list?
- Conducted output power in ELRS TX mode at 915 MHz and 2.4 GHz.
- For handset use, is there a carrier or the Program and Debug board that exposes the TX/backpack mode, and what does it cost?
- FCC IDs for the M0184 and M0193.
