MCBL-00010 cable fail to connect FC v2

Hi,

I follow the Flight Core v2 user guide to connect FC v2 Board to Notebook by MCBL-00010 cable but the FC v2 board cannot work and it cause the NB USB power protection.

I take some pictures as below:

Step1:

• Plug the MCBL-00010 cable to FC v2 board.
• Plug the Micro USB cable to MCBL-00010.
• Confirm NB USB Power is 5V. Ready to plug Micro USB Cable
  

Step 2: Plug the Micro USB cable to NB

Step 3: NB USB Power is protected

Step 4: Remove USB Cable from NB

Measure the FC v2 J3 Pin1 & Pin4 that both pins are opened.
I do not know why FC v2 will cause NB USB power be protected.

Do I miss something ?

I fix this issue.
switch the Pin1 & Pin4 of MCBL-00010 cable is OK
