VOXL2 and PCIe WiFi module

Hi,

I have designed an extension PCB for the VOXL2 with JODY-W377-00B WiFi module.
Trying to connect it to the VOXL causes it not to boot. DS2 LED is blinking with a short pulse on regular intervals.

Is PCIe interface enabled? Any tips on debugging?
