Can we provide an external trigger to the tracking and/or stereo camera for taking pictures?

Will the IMU still give us synced data, if an external triggering mechanism is used on the cameras?

1. Can we access the tracking and stereo streams?

2. Can we do the tracking on the stereo stream itself without using the tracking camera at all?
