I've setup Tailscale for GCS connectivity to voxl and it works fine for telemetry and ssh. What service did you use for the demo video for the live video stream? The RTSP stream even when reducing to 5 fps and minimizing the output size still lags significantly. I'm using a T-mobile sim with data-only service.
