Board Orientation and Offsets

I am planning on mounting the VOXL-flight 90 degrees on its side. Where can I find the location of the onboard IMU and am I able to input an offset in QGC for the board to give the flight controller a better idea of where the IMU is? I know there is an orientation offset but what about a location offset in the X and Y direction?

You'll have to configure the extrinsic files as well to match the rotation of the board
