On the drone, the tracking camera and tof are installed in the front, the VOXL is shifted to the back, and the flight controller is installed in the center.

You can find the extrinsics config file for the voxl services at /etc/modalai/extrinsics.conf. You'll also have to modify the board rotation parameters in px4 (via qgc or the likes). You can find additional info for the voxl-side configuration here and the px4-side here
