Purchasing Starling 2 Max with 4G

We want to purchase the Starling 2 Max with 4G built-in. However, the option to do so is grayed out on the website. Any update on when you will start selling this configuration again? And if it is no longer offered, are there any alternatives? For example, could we buy the 4G hat separately and mount it ourselves?
