Starling Motors 2 & 4 sporadic vibration at higher throttle
-
I have a Starling v2 and recently flashed sdk 1.1.2. We checked all services and camera configs, but this issue is also happening in stabilized mode. It seems that at a takeoff throttle motor 4 especially starts to vibrate excessively and it causes the starling to roll sideways into the ground. Sometimes motor 2 does it as well but depends on maneuvers (roll or pitch).
I've heard that there is some issues with motor wires getting pinched or shielding the esc from camera cables. Has anyone else seen this issue and anything to fix?
Update: have tried kapton tape over esc and removed gps tower. Issue still persists. I notice some flex in the 3mm carbon fiber frame near motor 4. The vibration only occurs at certain rpm ranges (usually greater than 30% throttle or so, basically when trying to takeoff and hover

@brahim has the drone crashed?

The drone has had it's crashes yes. Visibly carbon fiber is okay but there's flex especially on the arm connected to motor 4. Used CA glue to hopefully stiffen the carbon fiber for now
