I want to survey a drone with 5G enable and have some questions

Hi ModaAI
I want to survey a drone with 5G enable, and find VOXL2 Sentinel ,
I have some questions about the software and 5G part:We have developed some software on Qualcomm Robotics RB5 Development Kit while the CPU architecture is 64-bit ARM v8, Ubuntu 18.04.
Does VOXL2 use the same structure and OS? and from your opinion, what difficulty will have to transform our RB5 software on the VOXL2 platform? We find the VOXL SDK Software has many features listed here https://docs.modalai.com/high-level-features/, does this drone support all these features? are all software pre-built on the drone? If no, do you provide a quick startup guide to install all these features((ROS, map, vio, path planing, flir camera) by ourselves? Is this all open source software?
Does VOXL2 support GPS? can we fly the drone in the outdoor environment? If yes, what hw/sw do VOXL2 provide to do that?
From the autonomy listed in Home | ModalAI Technical Docs, what do you mean VOXL2 is “ SWaP-optimized for GPS-denied Navigation, Obstacle Avoidance “, can these features run in both indoor and outdoor environments? What Quectel 5G module does it use on your VOXL2 drone?
Thanks!
Best regards -

Hi Vivian,
Sorry for the slow reply. VOXL 2 uses the same chipset, operating system and SDK (VOXL SDK) as the Qualcomm Flight RB5. The VOXL 2 is a smaller and lighter footprint than the core components of the RB5 Flight, but it does not have built-in WiFi. Please check out https://docs.modalai.com/voxl2-d0006/ as a reference for an architecture with VOXL 2. Check out the developer bootcamp for details on how to get started
