Starling 2 Max Weight Clarification: Is Battery Included in 500g Net Weight?

The Starling 2 Max specs list a 500g weight and a 500g additional payload capacity. Can anyone clarify if the 500g net weight includes the battery, or is the battery part of the 500g payload capacity? Thanks!
