GPS/Battery not reading. Can only connect to QGroundControl once then it does not work.
-
I am having multiple issues relating to the M500's GPS as well as its battery reading on its GUI web page.
I can still get camera, accelerometer and gyro meter readings. from the drone's GUI page but that is it... The GPS is "N/A" and the battery level is "???" I have had this issue going on for more than a month now.
1.) It only works after it has been sitting for a while. But only for about a minute. It shows the battery at 50% and then it breaks. I genuinely believe something in the hardware is broken or is getting overheated, but the fan on the drone works just fine.
2.) To even get a connection to the QGC, the battery must be around 50%. And then, it will connect and spit out a bunch of errors, about how it will not respond to any of the code QGC is trying to tell the M500.
3.) When it does decide to communicate to QGC, the motors will not respond when testing them in the "actuator tab".
4.) There is also a piece of hardware on my M500 that is not on your M500 page at all. It does not have a label and I really have no idea what it does. The GPS on this drone is not like the ones you have on your manual too it is a square Taoglas cggbp.
I am more than willing to ship this thing back to you guys to fix it because I'm beginning to believe I have done everything in my power to try and get it to fly and I am having no luck.
If there is anyone I can contact to help get this drone fixed please let me know ASAP. It has been months and I just want to fly it.
