Voxl2 as companion computer

I am a newbie and require help for steps to connect Voxl2 with px4 and use it as a companion computer.
Want to be able to send messages through UART (Telem 2 port) on Pix32 to Voxl2 and receive Mavlink messages back.
Configured MAV_1_CONFIG parameter on pix-32 and set it to Tel 2.
Set up wired connection to Voxl2If Wifi module isn't attached to Voxl2, can someone please help with the setup steps.
