Seeker flight instability

When flying the Seeker drone, we encountered some unstable flight issues in which the drone would fluctuate up and down like it was struggling to maintain its position. We were flying in Position mode but also observed the problem in Altitude mode. PX4 was (mostly) correctly estimating altitude. The number was fluctuating as the drone went up and down. Could anyone recommend some options? Thank you.
