Kill switch turned on but motors didn't stop

hi guys
i know that there is forum for px4 only but i didn't got any answer there so I'm trying here as well
voxl flight deck based quadcopter flipped over after close touch on a wall , in that point i triggered kill switch on my rc but the motors didn't stop !
