Our team recently bought a power module v3 with the wall power support to power up the voxel 2 flight deck.

During the first test, after around 30 minutes, we noticed the system shut down and there is no voltage output by the power module. It turns out the power module got short-circuited.

I think it's unexpected and I am sure we did all the operations correctly following the tutorial.
