VOXL 2 blinking green and not connecting

Hi Support,
I have a VOXL 2 which I cannot connect to anymore. It was working fine for hours until it suddenly started kicking us out of our ADB connection and flashing its DS2 LED.
Unusual symptoms:
- DS2 - User Controllable RGB LED: Flashes green LED very fast, instead of solid green
- D1 - When I plug in USB-C, D1 starts flashing green in bursts.
Specific Issue:
- Can't connect to the VOXL 2 through ADB anymore
- We have multiple other VOXLs' which work fine with our cables and connections
We've tried fast-booting into it and switching into QDL to no avail as it won't show up on any of the USB lists.
