I have a generic question about this Adapter

Can I use this with the implemented voxl-streamer app and get two video feeds sent down to qgc or would it require custom development.

That cable was posted as a mistake, it is now deleted. You can stream any sensor connected to QGC. This doc [here](https://docs.modalai.com/camera-connections/) articulates all of the possible connections
