Where can i find the M0155 datasheet (full schematic/pinout of the sensor-side connector) MCBL-00084 pinout drawing (26-pin cable, both ends) Voltage rails supplied on the sensor-side connector (1.8 V / 2.8 V / 3.3 V?)
