Hi guys,

I’m an MSc Mechanical Engineer working in R&D, and I run a 3D printing lab in Italy where we design and manufacture functional components, primarily using high-performance polymers. I’m also an official Xometry supplier.

Recently, I designed and produced a full set of protection cases for the Starlin 2-C27 drone for a Rome-based startup, including the GPS housing, battery case, and wing protection. All components were designed and manufactured in-house using carbon-fiber-reinforced nylon, with a strong focus on lightweight structures, impact resistance, and real operational conditions.
