# Uncontrollable Behavior and Missing Logs

Hi, 

I bought 2 Starling 2 Max ( with voxl ) and flew about twices

But recently, i have serious flight accident. 

Incident Details is 

Symptom: Immediately after takeoff, the flight mode changed unexpectedly.
Behavior: The drone suddenly surged upward and became completely unresponsive to throttle inputs.
Outcome: It struck a building wall and crashed.

After the crash, I attempted to retrieve the flight logs to investigate the root cause. However, the system failed to generate or save the standard flight logs for the specific time of the incident.
I checked the VOXL Portal and found some logs (such Voxl-hub-logs and IMU logs), but the data is inconsistent. Some log files show activity, while others are completely empty for that time frame. Because of this missing and fragmented data, I am unable to determine the cause of the malfunction.

 Since the crash was caused by a total loss of control and the logs are incomplete, so I want to know How to proceed with a technical inspection

@ggangmi What was the flight mode on takeoff and what did it unexpectedly change to? There should be logs in /data/px4/log. They may be incomplete or maybe even corrupted if the drone lost power in the crash but there should be something there. The logging starts when the drone is armed.
