How do you have the VPN setup? Are you hosting your own OpenVPN server?

I am hosting my own openvpn server. Am I doing something wrong?

What I understand is that you are able to connect to the internet in order to connect to your VPN server but after you connect to the VPN server you are no longer able to access the internet?

If so, that is likely a setting that can be modified in your VPN server's settings.

Yes, do you know what is the reason for that I am not able to connect to internet or should I pay for a service?
I am not sure why my setup is blocking it

We have been using `OpenVPN` for quite a while and I haven't come across this issue before. If that is what you are also using, they have a pretty active forum: https://forums.openvpn.net/

I would recommend asking there.

Is there any tutorial you can share about your set up? I tried using online tutorials but they cut off the drone from any internet connection.
I can connect to qgroundcontrol control but my computer and drone don't have access to internet so it is annoying for a setup

The OpenVPN server that I test with was setup based on this project: https://github.com/kylemanna/docker-openvpn

An OpenVPN server in a Docker container complete with an EasyRSA PKI CA.

I tried this setup, and my drone did not have any internet connection, is there a problem using AWS services for VPNs so far I have tried like 3 options and I am still no able to get internet. I need to able to access some other endpoints but I am still having some DNS issues

@Aldo-Castro-Freire We use Google Cloud to host our VPN servers so I would assume AWS would be just fine. This sounds like a configuration issue to me that the OpenVPN forum could help you out with.
