# No permissions when running adb devices

Hello Modal AI team,

The error I get went flashing a new SDK
>error: insufficient permissions for device: user in plugdev group; are your udev rules wrong?
>See [http://developer.android.com/tools/device.html] for more information

When I run adb devices:
>List of devices attached
>a0d316ec	no permissions (user in plugdev group; are your udev rules wrong?); see [http://developer.android.com/tools/device.html]
 
Do you know what I should do?

The udev rules at the bottom may solve your issue
