Hi,

I have just received my VOXL m500 drone. I followed the quick start instructions for sshing into the drone, however, I was not successful. Always Access is Denied. I tried to ssh using different host computers without success. Any suggestions?...
PS: I have verified the IP address and the password. I am using a Windows 10 machine with PuTTY to ssh into the drone.

The defaults should work, though we don't typically use Windows.

Can you please share a screenshot of your putty config? It seems likely there is a mismatch there (port or encryption)

Can you ADB into the board and type ```ifconfig```  and share the results?

Hi Chad,

I tried a different windows ssh software and it worked fine. I could ssh into the VOXL using "Termius". It could be an issue of encryption or inherent setup.
