# Installing PX4?

Hi all,

I have dev drone, and I've been wondering if PX4 is supposed to be installed. If so, how do I install it? When I check the services, it does not show up. Please see images below for reference. I tried the Bootcamp, but it wasn't very helpful. @Kiazoa-Joao On a VOXL 1 based drone PX4 runs on a seperate STM based compute board (flight core). So unlike VOXL 2, you shouldn't expect to see a voxl-px4 service on a VOXL 1
