# USB3.0 port is not working.

Hi support team.

I used to [VOXL 2 Ethernet and USB Hub Add-on](https://www.modalai.com/collections/expansion-board/products/m0062-2), but USB3.0 port at pre-mounted connectors is not working. USB3.0 port at 10-pin JST connector is working.
I have another same board, this one is all ok.

How can I get it to work?
Can I exchange it for another one?

@iksk Which connector is  USB3.0 port at pre-mounted connectors ?

I connect usb3-camera device into this connecter, but not recognized.
I checked to using bellow commands
- *lsusb*: did not add new device.
- *dmesg*: did not output new kernel messages(info. warn error etc.).

When using [Cable USB3 10-pin JST](https://www.modalai.com/products/mcbl-00022), usb3-camera device is recognized and working. So I think hub IC and peripheral circuit are working.
