# motor 4 not spinning

so i have voxl flight with pwm breakout , used to work fine but now one motor dosent spin .
the tests that i made :
moving motor 4 pwm to  motor 3 pwm, motor works fine so esc and motor are ok((and of course the problem moved to 3 ) .
i replaced entire pwm breakout and cable with brand new one .
i reset all default parameter just to be sure , still not working. 
i added one more video that showing that there is some signal on this pin but not communicate with the esc, i took simple servo and connected it to pin 4 and there is some movement [link text](
