# VSCode Remote SSH on VOXL1

Hi, I would like to use VSCode SSH Remote extension to develop directly on the VOXL platform (as shown in https://docs.modalai.com/voxl2-vs-code-user-guide/#voxl-2-vs-code on the VOXL2). I get SSH Connection Timeout from VSCode when I follow the same steps as in the video. Is there a way to get the VSCode SSH Remote extension to work with the VOXL?
