# IMX412 full resolution support at 12MP not working

I am using IMX412 sensor and want to use the sensors full resolution of 4056 x 3040 (12MP), I did update the "voxl-camera-server.conf" file and called voxl-camera-server on the target however it says that "Camera 0 failed to find supported preview config: 4056x3040" 

How can the full resolution of the sensor be utilised ?

Hi @Vaibhav-Usapkar ,

Agreed, I'll need to take a look at what's going on.  We just validated these are operational:

3840x2160 @30FPS
1920x1080 @30FPS

But tested 4056 x 3040 @ 30 FPS (and some others) and are seeing similar to you right now.  We'll respond when we make some progress on this but likely a week or two away.

Hi @modaltb any update regarding the full resolution at 12 MP.
I want to try out 2x2 binning on the full resolution, IMX412 supports binning operation in one of its mode.
How to perform this binning operation or enable this mode in IMX412?

Hi @Gerhold-Ten-Voorde , I don't have this going yet but it is still scheduled to be worked on 'shortly'...  we are releasing a new SDK shortly (1.0) to support a new board and then my plan is the next release thereafter (1.1).  As soon as I have a pre-release I will share with you.
