# Spektrum reciever won't bind using Sentinel

Hello all,

I am having problems binding my Sentinel to my transmitter. I have run `qrb5165-bind` with the `-t`, `-f`, and `-s` options and have had "success" binding the transmitter to the receiver as I get a solid orange light on the receiver. The receiver I have on the drone is the Spektrum DSMX. 

The problem is, after power cycling everything and restarting QGroundControl, QGroundControl doesn't see any radio channels. I have pulled the Spektrum receiver off of the sentinel and plugged it into another one of my drones and I had no problem seeing all of the channels through QGroundControl. I have checked the physical connections of everything and it's all solid. Any advice?

@Isaac_j did you figure out a solution to this issue? I'm running into the same problem also using the Spektrum DSMX receiver and transmitter. QGC doesn't see any radio channels even though the transmitter/receiver pair are bound.
